I’ve been attempting to help fertilize our Bhut Jolokia plant for the past couple of weeks. I had one pepper as a result, but as of today it looks like there are 5 or 6 peppers.
Here’s my first attempt at making a sicilian style pizza. The recipe is mostly from SeriousEats.com. It’s hard to tell, but the two halves of the pizza have different toppings. My wife’s half: chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, artichoke hearts
My half: pepperoni, italian sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers and onion
The pizza cooked a little fast so that it came out a bit doughy and required a little more time in the oven. I kinda liked the doughy goodness.
I wanted to try this because it didn’t require kneading the dough. It was a very wet and sticky dough that was poured out of the bowl and onto the baking pan.
